Treeline Takes Home Seven at the 2012 Addy Awards

Treeline had a successful run at the 2012 Addy Awards this past Friday, taking home seven awards!

The awards include two silver Addys for the Gibson Learn and Master – Legacy Learning Systems App and the GoFastCab App. Treeline also took home five bronze awards for: The Sierra at Tahoe App, Landmark Connect App, Mt. High Resort Website, the Honest Label App, and the ADMERICA! San Diego Advertising Club App.

The American Advertising Federation is the oldest national advertising trade association, representing 40,000 professionals in the advertising industry. The AAF ‘protects and promotes the well-being of advertising’ through a nation wide network of advertisers, agencies, media companies, local advertising clubs and college chapters. This was Treeline’s fourth year at the Addy Awards.

2041 Expedition to Antarctica

The 2041 Expedition to Antarctica team asked Treeline Interactive to make them a clean and professional page to allow everyone to learn about their amazing and educational experience. Robert Swan, a polar explorer, founded 2041 to bring awareness to the amazing continent of Antarctica and the page lets their global audience virtually experience the adventure with cutting edge immediacy.

The team posts their daily adventures filled with videos, pictures, and detailed descriptions. Use the live map to view where the team is in the world or choose from past days that you may have missed. A social stream of both Facebook and Twitter lets users share this site with friends and read other posts that 2041 members posted. There is also an archive of past year’s trips so you can catch up on past crew’s experiences.

2041 is an amazing organization that brings people together to view an untouched continent while focusing on leadership, teamwork, and personal development. Treeline was thrilled to help build a page that brings this experience to everyone. Check out the 2041 page here.

Treeline Launches Landmark Connect App

Treeline has just launched the Landmark Connect App to assist general aviation pilots with their flight planning needs. This application features FBO service and amenity descriptions, runway maps, current weather conditions, as well as direct-dial features. With weather provided by Yahoo! weather you will always be up to date.

Treeline Launches New Argus Review App

Treeline is pleased to announce the launch of native iPhone and iPad versions of Argus, the TV review and approval app. Argus is designed to allow producers and directors to quickly and easily review and approve television, movies, trailers, graphics and commercials.

It is designed to work over both WiFi and 3G networks, with a custom version for both iPad and iPhone. They both allow fast streaming of content via HTTP Live Streaming, have fullscreen video modes, and the ability to include multiple forms of on the go notes. You can easily add audio notes using the built in microphone, or allow long and short form notes quickly and easily to the video. Notes are synced to video timecode can be emailed quickly to yourself and multiple reviewers.

Mt. High Facebook Fan Page

Treeline Interactive wanted to promote Mt. High’s new website by creating a Facebook fan page unlike any other. With fun interactive sorting, you can view live snow cams and snow reports to keep up to date with what’s happening on the mountain. A fan page that was created using an all new iFrame allows much more flexibility and functionality.
