To increase efficiency we embrace the collaborative efforts of design, development, strategy and clients’ resources to charge forward as a team, and individually, towards our goals.
Jake Fields
Jake has been involved with technology development since the early days of the web, exploring all realms of online marketing, building interfaces for internet related desktop applications and software within the online advertising industry. Since then Jake has had a passion for embracing emerging technology to create exciting experiences for web users which led to the creation of Treeline Interactive in South Lake Tahoe circa 2004.
Treeline’s initial focus was to provide interactive media solutions within the action sports industry. In 2008 Jake, along with Treeline, relocated to sunny San Diego where he continues to manage, grow and expand the business.
Aside from his work with Treeline, Jake is dedicated to the community he lives in, formerly teaching classes at South Lake Tahoe Community College and currently at San Diego State University. He is on the board of the local Ad2 networking group, a the mobile committee chair on the board of the San Diego Ad Club as well as the communication chair for the San Diego Coastal Professional group. He has also created a Corporate Social Responsibility Tree Gifting program through the National Arbor Day Foundation as a way to continuously give back to forests that have been devastated by fires or disease.
Around town you can find Jake at a local Ad2 San Diego event, cruisin’ Mission Beach on his bike or out about in the water!
Adam Hermsdorfer
Adam specializes in web design, WordPress development, search engine optimization, and search engine marketing programs. His experience includes work with EMC, Fujitsu, FusionStorm, Iomega, Forex niche blog DonnaForex.com. and Joakim Soria (Closer for the KC Royals)
Prior to his tenure in online marketing, Adam was with the Cleveland Indians for four years. The last two years he spent traveling with the Big League team as a Video Coach. He was with the team from Spring Training to the end of the season and worked with the players and field coaches on preparing them for their opponents, mechanical review, and in game analysis through the use of video.
Adam is a leader in the local San Diego Advertising scene. He is the President of Ad 2 San Diego, a board member of the San Diego Ad Club and the AAF District 15.
Don Son
With a goal of battling bureaucratic injustices and contributing to the betterment of the world, Don earned a degree in Environmental Economics from Humboldt State University. At some point a realization was made that advertising/marketing technology was a heck of alot more interesting then drawing supply and demand graphs all day (Yes, he sold out).
Now with 10 years experience with internet technologies, Don is on a mission to build internet dreams into functioning realities. A solid programming background combined with skills in advanced web analytics allow him to see through the confusion of web technologies.
Throughout his career, Don has worked with some of the most innovative and successful companies in the online marketing space. As the Director of Technology for Motive Interactive he was responsible for building their flagship product Advent, an affiliate marketing tracking and distribution network. He also served as Product Manager for DMV.org, The Unnoficial Guide to the DMV, which provides information to over 7 million visitors a year.
In his free time, Don enjoys; riding his bike, spouting out technology acronyms, over hyping buzzwords and spreading his love for open source. Don is also a board member with Ad 2 San Diego, serving as the Government Relations Chair.
