Cue Health is a healthcare technology company that develops portable diagnostic tests for at-home use. Cue Health needed to build its software ecosystem from the ground up to scale alongside its connected hardware (core product).

Solution

Treeline joined forces with Cue to seamlessly transition from clickable prototypes to fully-fledged go-to-market software, culminating in the creation of mobile applications and Telehealth/EMR Web Portals. This dynamic ecosystem offers invaluable insights and streamlined management capabilities, complete with robust analytics, reporting solutions, and seamless integration with existing EHR/EMR systems. Additionally, it encompasses cutting-edge e-commerce solutions to further enhance its functionality and user experience.

Secure Wireless

Treeline helped develop a multi-platform Cue Health mobile app (iOS / Android) that leverages Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology, enabling secure communication of health data between the user's device and mobile applications. Core features included remote FOTA, Error tracking and reporting, runtime data compilation for analysis and intuitive user workflows making the experience fluid and easy.

Telehealth

Treeline provided Cue Health a solution to offer remote consultations and medical services to patients. Telehealth conferencing directly to pateints on their mobile phones, while enabling medical professionals the ability to prescribe medications for COVID and other treatments directly to their door (via 3rd party delivery service integration).

HIPAA and Standards Compliance

Treeline Interactive ensured HIPAA compliance for Cue Health's software by implementing robust data encryption, access controls, and audit trails. They facilitated HL7 and FHIR compliance through seamless integration of standardized messaging formats and APIs for healthcare data exchange.

Treeline was clear with objectives/expectations and provided a great app that integrates properly with our hardware. Working with Treeline has been a great experience!
